For Christmas my mom gave us a girls trip to NYC, so we were finally able to get or schedules together and go. It was so much fun I left Aspen with Brady so I didn't have to worry about that and could stay up all night and party...hahaha. We did party but we all realized our staying up all nights are over, exec pt of course Melyssa who is just starting college.

It hasn't rained in a very long time and there is still a burn ban, but we enjoyed the 4th anyways. We went to the pool with the Warr's on Sat. and then to Lake Conroe on Mon. with my family. It was weird not being able to do fireworks. We were so exhausted that we were in bed my 8:30, so we even missed the big firework show. Talk about getting old!!

For Aspen's Birthday we did a monkey theme. She loves monkeys. We had monkeys, vines, leave, etc. up and decorated for several days. On Sat. when she woke up she gave a disappointed sound and ask where everything went. She even blew out both candles at the same time. We are so lucky to have a sweet little girl like Aspen as our daughter.

July 4th

The beginning of July is always a party at our house. We celebrated Aspen's 2nd Birthday on the 1st then a fun full weekend to celebrate our wonderful country. We are so blessed to live in America and to have all the freedom we can enjoy.
