We LOVE to travel but Brady and I haven't gone on a trip by ourselves since we have had kids. Brady decided it was time. He planned his dream vacation to Alaska for us. I did nothing but pack and waited, not even sure I could leave the kids for 10days. We are lucky enough to have both sets of Grandparents close, so the each took 5 days. We got to talk to the kids everyday which was nice. The trip was wonderful and beautiful. But I am definitely a Texan 45 degree weather in the middle of the summer was to cold for me (I think I prefer 105). We flew into Anchorage and drove 1406.4 miles around staying the night and stopping in Whitter, Homer, Talkeetna, and Seward to name a few. Over all it was an amazing trip and great to get reacquainted to my husband. We also very irresponsible, leaving my sunglasses at a restaurant, the camera broke, we had to buy a new camera then we left the battery charger at one of the cabins, the list goes on and finally to top it off we left the fishing poles on the airplane. O'well what can you do but laugh! Here are some fun pictures from the trip
